Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free and tracked on every order.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1β3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed on a weekend are processed from the next business day.
Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery takes 7β12 business days, so most orders arrive 8β15 business days after you order.
Christmas orders
Before Christmas, each product page shows the last order date for Christmas delivery. We work that date out from our slowest processing and delivery times above. Peak-season carrier delays are rare but possible; if your order runs late, contact us and we'll help.
Tracking
You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it any time on our Track your order page. New tracking numbers can take 24β48 hours to show their first update.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 20 business days of your order, or it arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
