Every order is covered for 30 days from the date of delivery.

Damaged, faulty or not as described

If your item arrives damaged, stops working, or isn't as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. In most cases you won't need to send the item back.

Changed your mind

Return the item unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the item price. Please contact us first for the return address, as parcels sent without contacting us can't be matched to an order. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

How refunds are paid

Once your refund is approved (or your return arrives), we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
